We operate all of the backend requirements such as the network, and with our 99.9% uptime guarantee (covered by an SLA) you can spend more time worrying about the important things in life! We provide priority support to our resellers via both phone and our online help desk.
Resellers are given clear, whitelabel IP addresses. This means that your virtual servers won't be traced to the VirtUK network.

Reseller Requirements
- Have an active account, meeting the minimum product volume of (3).
- Provide an accurate and verifiable web site, company name and company address.
- Have been a VirtUK customer for longer than 7 days, with at least (3) virtual servers at regular price.
- Have the ability to receive and resolve DCMA, spam and abuse reports, in a professional manner.
- Provide full technical support to your clients, this excludes network outages and hardware issues.
