But, i have a question...

Where is the company based?
VirtUK is based in the United Kingdom. The majority of our staff work from home and access our internal network via our secure VPN. This then in turn enables the support representative to resolve all issues promptly, without having to contact a higher line of support.

What payment options do you allow?

Do you have an uptime guarantee?
Yes, we guarantee a 99.9% uptime, monitored on a monthly basis. Please note that this excludes planned maintenance time, notice is always given 48hours minimum in advance. We operate a strict SLA which will compensate those effected by uplanned downtime, you can read the SLA by clicking here.

Where are your servers based?
VirtUK co-locate all of its hardware with in Maidenhead, England. This enables us to physically enter the datacentre should there be an issue with any of our hardware and replace it accordingly. Latency replies to all over Europe are minimal, meaning with our level of service and the performance of your virtual server, it means people outside the UK have a speedy hosting experience with us too!

How do I go about requesting a PTR/reverse DNS record?
If you would like to request a reverse DNS record then simply submit a ticket to the helpdesk located and enter your virtual server IP and the domain you would like it to resolve too.
